Process Design Packages and Preliminary Process Design Packages are developed for customers who've had successful bench and/or pilot scale test work done and are ready to move to a commercial system. By providing a preliminary package, the customer can look at the capital and operating costs associated with installing a commercial size plant. Included in the package is a Process Flow Diagram, Material Balance, Equipment and Process narrative. These packages are especially helpful because they include actual processing costs and product value comparisons.
